Tasked with designing a chair - or 'seating experience' - in our own personal design style led me to create a Loch Ness monster rocking chair - the Rock Ness monster.
I decided to create a dynamic seating experience to encourage movement in children.
At the time of the project, the Dundee v&a tartan exhibition was due to launch, so to tie in with this I decided to cater my project to the show, modelling the form on the loch ness monster, and using a tartan to fit the product.
